Healthy eating habits required for healthier life




It is often said, that what you eat is what you are. Many great people have laid emphasis on dietary habits for recognizing and understanding a person’s nature or his/ her personality. Mostly eating habits are related to our temperament. It is mostly observed that people with milder nature prefer food which is not really extreme in taste. They prefer mild flavors or milder tastes in food. On the other hand people with short or higher tempers have very extreme food choices. They will prefer to eat high aromatic or extreme tastes in their food. Thus a person can be judged by his/ her eating habits. These habits make a personality. It is also observed that people who follow meditation or spiritual ways of life often follow eating raw food like raw vegetables, sprouts, fruits etc. This, they believe, brings them closer to Mother Nature and eliminates any existing distances between them and natural ways of life. it is not just for spiritual reasons that apart from the spiritual practitioners, other people also follow eating raw food or including at least some portion of raw food in their daily food consumption. Eating raw food has its own great benefits. One of them is Colon cleansing.

Colon is the intestine, which helps our body digesting consumed food and throws out the waste created in that process. The food gets digested in this organ of our body. Hence it is very important to keep this organ very clean. Any impurities in there may lead to various health problems. Fiber in the food helps in cleaning the intestine well. Fiber intake is done through consuming raw food or un-refined foods like wheat flour, brown rice etc.The body should be replenished with fluids. Apart from water, enriched milk, yogurt, soy milk, buttermilk is required to ensure digestion and ph balance of the body. These fluids have lactobacillus or good bacteria and as such the body needs it at all times. Proper digestion of food is one of the most important factors which can keep the colon clean, because digested food is lighter and can be easily thrown outside the body. These waste materials include toxins, fecal matters and bacteria. There are good and bad bacteria. Good bacteria help in breaking the food particles into digestible portions as well as help in digesting the food in the intestine. At the time eliminating waste from body many bacteria are also thrown out, which may cause problem, if they are unchecked. Probiotic supplement helps in restoring the good bacteria into body and help in improving the digestion.
